Honestly, I’m fucked.
I’ve been falling asleep around 6 AM as of late and melatonin isn’t helping too much. Naturally, I wake up later, as well.
But I also have classes in the mornings and before noon and whatnot, meaning that if I oversleep/if I fall asleep too late, I miss classes – which causes me stress and that’s not great.
Long story short, I gotta figure out something again. I’d probably be okay with falling asleep early and waking up in the middle of the night if it weren’t for some classes that start in the evenings… ugh.
Anyway, migraines and whatnot prevent me from working on any longer post, so I’ll just leave it at that for now.
