So, today’s post will be another short one given that it took me a bit long to get my homework for next week done and to also finish up other studies. I then ended up streaming for quite a while and just ate dinner (a bit late as well). I still gotta get back into the groove of things over here with my weekdays being packed with university lectures but it’s going well, so far.
Anyway, given that weekdays are pretty much packed, I decided to stream primarily on weekends. Lately, I’ve been enjoying “themed” days a lot, so the themes go as follows:
- Indie/Rogue Fridays (Roguelikes, Indie Games, etc.)
- Main Games on Saturdays (currently Deathloop, in the future other games that take longer to play through)
- Comfy Sundays (some chill games that I enjoy, i.e. Farming Games, Life Sims, Strategy Games)
Most of these will happen at 12 or 2 PM (Central European Time). Come hang out if you wanna!
I was thinking about maybe doing dev/art streams at some point, too, but I may just do that on Sundays instead as I see fit. The whole idea is to have fewer streams but have more fun while doing so… and I gotta prioritize university overall, so I may cancel streams or postpone them if I still have to study some more.
And well,… this upcoming week, I’ll probably only be able to stream on Friday given that my partner is coming for a visit on that weekend.
Next week will be rather rough with all the university lectures I’ve got to take attend but looking forward to something certainly helps with motivation – and in my case, that’s the weekend, I guess.
Being able to push through rough times and then rewarding myself by baking something or by going out or streaming or gaming is quite nice.
Next week, I’ll probably spend a bit more time at the library to study more efficiently without any distractions. I’ll then possibly have some time left at the end of the day to clean and take care of chores and whatnot… and I’ve got some posts prepared for the weekend since I’ll spend the majority of the weekends with my partner and not writing.
