I’m finally back home now! Yay! Now I need to unpack stuff… tomorrow… hence the header image of Unpacking!

Being back at home made me realise two things:

Man, it sucks over here.
Man, I missed being over here.

For starters, people are fucking rude over here. Back in Koblenz (a city in another state), there was this lovely lady who talked to me for a bit and some man helped carry her luggage (I couldn’t help because I had my hands full with my own bags) and they didn’t know each other. Everyone greeted you. “Good day!”, “Happy New Year”, etc. Paradise!

And then over in this state… at least in the city I live in, I had some real asshole trying to enter the train before the people that needed to leave could leave and just pushing and shoving. What a cunt! Also, some guy harassed some woman and I just went over there and asked “is there a problem?” while looking down at this guy who was two heads shorter than me… and he just ran off… and the woman was rude to me afterwards…

People are incredibly rude over here and nobody greets you and when people do, they usually wanna rob you or sell you something.

Anyhow, it sucks over here… but I missed it. It’s weird but nobody cares about who I am or whatever over here… I don’t have to worry about running into people I have bad experiences with. It’s fucking great.

It also gets lonely, obviously. Many of my friends are still not back here and my flatmate is apparently also missing… but hey, it’s amazing to be back at home and to write posts at my desk. I’m not sure yet which game will be the first game I’ll review this year but I’m looking forward to it either way!
