Fluff

So, Blaugust is in full progress and I’m honestly struggling to find the time to cover press releases or write reviews at the moment. All the plans I had in motion fell apart when I started my internship, picked up more shifts at work, and got busy preparing for this year’s Gamescom.

As such, I’ll just try to fill up the post count with fluff posts, small ramblings about a plethora of topics, not for the sake of hitting Rainbow (not gonna be able to achieve that this year I’m afraid) but rather to just get better at writing and getting back into the habit.

I don’t think there’s anything inherently wrong with fluff posts, but it looks a bit bad. Perhaps, Blaugust isn’t the right format for me anymore at this point in time.

I used to have just so much more time to cover games and write about the things I loved… but now with the job, streams, university, and more, I’ve been struggling to find the right time for everything. It’s a bit disheartening to see but in a way, it feels good to let go of things a little bit.

The point of Blaugust, after all, isn’t to hit Rainbow… but rather to just participate… I still want to set a good example as a “mentor” by at least trying to hit as many posts as possible in the end.
