Humble Choice – January 2024

New Year, new month, new Choice - here are my thoughts!

Endless Dungeon may just be my personal Game of the Year! (Review)

This review is on my personal favourite game this year, Endless Dungeon, the spiritual successor to one of my all-time favourite roguelikes, Dungeon of the Endless!

Indietail – My Little Universe

My Little Universe may not be my cup of tea but I could see kids enjoying this a lot. It's very well-designed for a young audience, in my opinion.

Indietail – Wandering Sword

By creating an HD2D game set in the Wuxia world, The Swordsman Studio manages to create a unique and innovative experience with their new game Wandering Sword. Read more here!

Indietail – Nova Lands

Nova Lands is the lovechild of Factorio and Forager - but it doesn't simply copy and paste but rather innovates and feels like a relaxed entry into that Factorio-esque playstyle.

Indietail – Landnama

Landnama is a non-violent Roguelite Colony Sim that is easy to pick up and hard to stop playing!

Indietail – Saturnalia

Trapped in Gravoi we hide from a monster while we try to find a way out. Will we succeed?

Adore got a lot of updates, not all for the better…

After revisiting Adore for the first time in quite a bit, I was quite disappointed.

Indietail – Tinykin

Tinykin is fantastic and while it may not be a new Pikmin game, it certainly is a great title for fans of exploration and platforming!

Indietail – Cartel Tycoon

Cartel Tycoon lets you become a "capo" erecting a drug emporium, making "tata" proud in the process!

Grammarly is GREAT and here’s why! (Review)

Today's review is on a tool that I use for EVERY post of mine: Grammarly! Hence, I'll tell you today why Grammarly is so great and why I use it!

Can I learn Japanese via Duolingo? (Review kinda?)

Today I check out Duolingo and I am trying to learn Japanese. Check this post out for my impressions of this app!

Charity, Health, JCS, and Reviews!

Just a quick little update on my health, root beer and other stuff!

Indietail – My Lovely Daughter

My Lovely Daughter comments on heavier topics but it's also able to enage you with its twisted style and its Alchemy/Management/Simulation formula. Read more here in today's review!

I tried out Bumble BFF (Review)

I suck at making new friends, so I gave Bumble BFF a go! Here's my experience!

Reviewing Shows?

I was thinking about reviewing some shows some time... and well, here are some thoughts!

On Negative Reviews and Reviewing in general

Today, I'm rambling about reviews and not recommending everything, I guess?

Indiecator featured in the DIG!

One of my reviews is featured in the DIG! Read here for more!

Indietail – Chasing Static

Horror in Wales? Count me in! For Spooktober, I'm reviewing another Indie Horror game that is fairly interesting and the perfect fit for anyone looking for something retro and spooky!

Indietail – Among The Sleep

After awakening in the middle of the night, an infant embarks on a dark and eery adventure in search of their mother. Will you play this horror game on Halloween?

Indietail – Eastward

Eastward is a beautiful homage to the RPG greats and is able to deliver what exactly makes those games great while also adding innovations! Here's my full review!

Indietail – Serin Fate

Are you ready for Witchery, Monster Taming, Necromancy, and... fishing? Serin Fate combines Farming Sims with hardcore combat and does so in a magical way! Here's my review!

Indietail – Fire Punch

Fire Punch is about a man engulfed in flames who wants to take revenge before he dies... Here's my review!

Indietail – Lake

Today we're returning back home to Providence Oak after 22 years... to deliver mail. Come join me and take a look at Lake!

Indietail – Freeways

I'm five years late with this review but Freeways is quite a lot of fun actually!

Indietail – Lamentum

For today's review, we're checking out Lamentum, a Lovecraftian Survival Horror game set in the mid-19th century New England!

Indietail – HUMANKIND

Today's review is on a title that lets you write history by creating your own civilisation and guiding it through the ages! Today, I'm checking out HUMANKIND!

Indietail – Kingdoms and Castles

Today we're checking out Kingdoms and Castles, a medieval city builder/colony sim that reminds me of a Pixel-Banished!

Indietail – Death’s Door

Today's review covers Death's Door, an Action Adventure game where you reap the souls of those that should've died long ago! Here are my thoughts!

Indietail – Dungeon of the ENDLESS

Today, I finally review one of my all-time favourite games! Here's my review on Dungeon of the ENDLESS!
