Happy New Year!

Happy New Year! I hope y’all were able to celebrate well. I hope you had a lovely night or day and I hope that 2022 brings you no bad news and lots of good surprises! Heck, no news is good news, so even that’d be good. I wish you lots of success, good health, luck and joy in this upcoming year! You may argue that success, good health and luck already bring joy but… Uhm… Let’s not argue? Please? It’s New Year’s after all! Let’s celebrate! Huzzah! 2022 will clearly be better and I’m not even being cynical about this!

This year will be the year where I’ll tackle new projects and try to get out of my comfort zone! This year will be the year where I may have to move out of my current apartment and where I may have to get an actual job! What are things that you’ll have to deal with this year? What are the goals you want to accomplish in 2022? What are new situations that you’ll tackle this year? How about things that you’re excited about? Let me know!

By the time this post is out, it’s already been New Year’s for quite some time to the East and it will still be 2021 to the West. Dear Americans, please come back to read this in 6 to 9 hours! Aussies, hope you celebrated well.

I most likely will have called my parents and siblings by now, as I’m spending the time with my better half. Do people still do the New Year’s smooching btw? Asking for a friend. I’m also probably filled with good food and rolling around. I’m looking forward to that.

Again, this post is written from the past… “This post will come out next year.” – Hehe. I’ll show myself out!

I hope you celebrated well and I hope you have a good year coming up. I truly wish you the best. Thanks for always reading my blog posts or for stumbling across this post randomly. Welcome to new readers. Let’s have a great year together!

Cheers!

  1. Every post is written in the past. Do you know what this means? This means that Roy from the past decided it would be a great (or at least decent) idea to post this asinine comment…

(Happy New Year to you too!)

    1. But you’re a great and very smart guy, no matter whether it’s in the past, present or future!
